Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at contact@puriear.com. We'll assist you, but note that Puriear isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages once handed to the courier. We recommend filing a claim with the courier, and we'll support you in this process.
