Have a problem with wax in my ears. Have tried numerous products to eliminate this without success. Saw this advertised and after reading the reviews thought what have I got to lose at this price. I ordered the pack of two and was glad that I did as the first one I tried to use was faulty but when I tried the other one it was perfect. I sent an email to the company and received a reply within ten minutes. I explained the problem and immediately received a reply that a replacement was being sent.
